Walking all day in the busy streets of Tokyo was exciting, exhilarating and a little bit exhausting. On our way to the iconic Senso-ji Buddhist Temple little feet were aching and ready for a break. A ride on a Japanese carriage was not necessarily in our agenda, but in our current situation, it felt like an ideal way to continue our journey to our next destination. I must admit, the experience was more than just a restful form of transportation. Β It turned out to be a fun and thrilling ride! We soon became very impressed with the young man who managed to pull our entire family, with ease, through the streets of Tokyo! The ride was full of fun city sights along the way that certainly Β heightened our cultural experience. Upon arrival to the Temple the weather took a turn for the worse. Β Despite the heavy rain, we were still rewarded with the fantastic views of the majestic Temple. Truly a fantastic day in a captivating city.
